Swaro W. Oyosa

Swaro W. Oyosa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Founding and Managing Partner of Swaro Oyosa & Company Advocates, where she leads the firm's legal practice with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused legal solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Strathmore University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Swaro possesses practical experience in litigation, legal research, commercial transactions, alternative dispute resolution, and legal drafting, enabling her to provide comprehensive legal services to both corporate and individual clients. Since establishing the firm in 2024, she has successfully handled a broad spectrum of legal matters where her approach combines meticulous legal analysis with practical commercial insight to achieve efficient and cost-effective solutions for clients. In addition to litigation practice, Swaro has developed a strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She is a Certified Professional Mediator and has completed a Court-Annexed Mediation Mentorship Programme, equipping her with practical expertise in facilitating amicable settlement of disputes through mediation. Additionally, she is an appointed member of the Milimani Court Annexed Mediation Committee under the Law Society of Kenya Nairobi Branch. She believes that where appropriate, negotiated settlements often provide clients with quicker, more cost-effective, and sustainable outcomes than prolonged litigation.
